Pattern , Print , Embroidery

For one of the embroidery classes I came up with this embroidered fabric by using different coloured , printed and patterned fabrics to help develop my ideas for the next project . Even though adapting the contrast and brightness might be easy I feel its created a theme and something recognisable with my work and designs.

Using a variety of different photoshop filters to change and adapt  the patterns.
Adjusting the contrast and using photoshop filters the pattern is then developed .
Using sections of the pattern and adapting the contrast .
Adding a filter changed the print completely and gave me another idea for an over laying drawing.
Contrast changed on a section of the embroidered pattern.
The change in contrast really helps the colour and brightness of the individual prints.
This is the original embroidered cropped section.
I loved these prints in blue but in this bright , leaf and neon green all contrast really well.

Here I changed the contrast and brightness to make the pattern more bold and the yellow more neon and bright
